ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Strata Design has a diverse range of experience with respect to architectural services. We have provided architectural services for small private clients up to large government entities that have included pre-design site planning, programming and project scoping, code analysis, and feasibility studies. Our architectural experience includes residential, commercial and institutional, with a particular emphasis on adaptive re-use and cultural preservation.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Strata Design’s urban design philosophy is founded on community involvement. As a result, we have experience conducting a variety of community oriented workshops designed to attain qualitative information regarding a community’s needs and wants. Our principals work with community leaders and city staff to develop focus groups, workshops, and charettes appropriate to both the number of participants and the project-at-hand.
REDEVELOPMENT PLANNING
A core strength of our team is that we have experience with redevelopment projects that can act as a catalyst for future development. Instead of treating each study, site plan, or conceptual idea in isolation, we work with our clients to see the larger redevelopment potential the project may have for the surrounding neighborhood and/or city.
